After finding the program on craigslist (gotta love Craig) brand new for half the price I am ready to go!!!
Meet Tony my instructor for the next 90 days:

*The Challenge- dedicate the next 90 days to this work out program
*My goal- Get "ripped" and lose hopefully at least 15 pounds to get to the "ideal" weight for my height but I would really like to lose 23... sooo we will see about that!

This is an intense workout program and I am planning on blogging each day about my experience!! I thought by blogging I could keep myself accountable and stick to it!
